Eco Flame's Shipping Information

We are excited to offer our customers quality custom-made fireplaces that are both eco-friendly and beautiful! Please take a moment to read our shipping policies to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Shipping and Delivery:

All Vulcan Plus orders are custom-made, which means the order processing time will take approximately one to 2 weeks before the item is shipped. Shipping is included in the purchase price, so there will be no additional shipping charges added to your order.

Returns:

Here at EcoFlame we strive to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide you with a replacement or refund. You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any defects.

You may do so within 2 weeks of receiving it in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Unfortunately, if an item has been installed or used, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect. Please notify us immediately if you have any issues with the product.
